Floating funnel oil skimmer is designed for efficient removal of free floating oil in closed roof tank (floating roof, dome roof, cone roof etc.) or open tanks as it works on Gravity and does not have any rotating or electrical parts.Our skimmer is provided with adjustable floats to skim free floating oils of various densities from the water surface. As per process requirement we offer skimmer with flexible hose or fixed arm with swivel joints. Guide poles or ropes are provided to avoid unpredictable lateral movement of the skimmer. As per the tank geometry fixed arm with swivel joint skimmer can be single, double or triple arm.

Product Details:

Floating weir skimmer is a high-capacity, easy-to-deploy skimmer. It is used to recover light and medium viscous oils in marine oil spills. The skimmer works on the principle of buoyancy of the floating structure, surface tension of the floating liquid, and self-adjusting weir mouth. A 3-bar mechanism consisting of three floats maintains the weir in a horizontal plan at all times, even during disturbance (waves). An onboard pump is fitted to overcome friction loss along the transfer hose. The oil transfer pump is driven by either a diesel engine or an electric motor-driven hydraulic power pack.

Product Details:

Floating suction is designed to skim the top layer from the surface of the liquid. This system is used in conjunction with an industrial vacuum system or positive displacement pump.It adjusts its position according to liquid level inside the tank or pit.The exact depth of skim can be easily set and fine tuned to accommodate aggressive surface skimming or to get underneath a foam layer to remove the floating oil. This system consists of LLDPE floats, Stainless Steel articulated suction arm, swivel assembly (specially designed for immersed service), vortex breaker, low shear positive displacement pump and pressure relief valve.

Product Details:

Floating Suction is installed in Vertical (Cone roof/ Dome Roof/ Floating Roof (internal or external)) or horizontal above ground storage tanks. Floating suction draws liquid from the top of a storage tank, water, foreign particles, rust, sludge and debris, which being heavier sits near the bottom of a storage tank, are avoided and a purer product is withdrawn. Floating suction comprises of a suction pipe with bell mouth for inlet, Swivel Joints designed for immersed service & Floats to suspend the mouth just below the surface of the stored product. As per the tank dimensions floating suction can be of single or double armed.
